Alchimie Family is a parenting support mobile app offering resources, content and tools to help parents in everyday life with their children (aged 3 to 17). It is published by Vanessa Langone (LANGONE VANESSA) and developed by Aurélien Blanchet.
Important: Alchimie Family is not a medical, psychological or therapeutic service. Its content never replaces the advice of a health professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Europe).
To access the app, you must create an account with a valid email address. You must be at least 16 years old. You are solely responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refunds: Refund requests must be sent directly to the relevant store.
Companies can purchase Premium access for their employees who are parents, through a unique invitation code. The code is strictly personal and may not be shared outside the organisation concerned.
All content — texts, resources, paths, illustrations, parent profile names, mascot, design — is the exclusive property of Alchimie Family and is protected by French and international copyright law. Any reproduction without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
The Alchi chatbot uses artificial intelligence from Anthropic (Claude). Its answers are provided for information and support only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice of any kind.

We strive to keep Alchimie Family continuously available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Occasional maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.
Alchimie Family is provided "as is". Our total liability for any damage is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the incident.
You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. This action is irreversible and permanently deletes all your data within 30 days.
